WHY “AVERAGE ASSHOLE”?

Fair.

Here’s how it started—

People will say to me,

“Dude it’s crazy you’ve almost summited all 115 Northeast high peaks.”

And I’m like…

“…yeah thanks. I’m just an average asshole hiking mountains and trying to stay in shape.”

I’m not built different.

I don’t wake up at 4am screaming motivation quotes.

Half the time I don’t feel like doing any of it either.

I just… do it anyway.

  • Some days I’m dialed in.
  • Some days I’m eating like an idiot.
  • Some days I’m fired up to train.
  • Some days I’d rather do anything else.
  • Same as you.

But over time?

That “average asshole” approach stacks up.

Next thing you know you’re:

  • stronger
  • leaner
  • climbing mountains
  • wondering how the hell you got here

So yeah…

There’s no deeper meaning behind the name.

Just a regular guy doing this long enough to get results.

And honestly…
